How to access the administrative interface of Namibia Jetstream:
In order to access the administrative interface of Namibia Jetstream, go to
http://jetstream-namibia.com:8080/gadds/GSN_admin.jsp
You will now be presented with the following interface.
To navigate use the link on the left hand side. You can see the following links.

1. Administer the Current Job Queue
Once you click this link, you will see the current job queue, you can see all the running jobs in the queue. You can also see stats of all the running jobs.

Click on Open Job to open that job inside Flow Chart, the administrator is presented with a Flow Chart where the administrator can take the job through a series of actions.
Initially the job is in (New Request) state. In this state the only available option is to create the quote.
To do that click on the link which says Generate Quote. Once that action is applied the quote is generated and in the (Quote Generated) box two options appears (See Quote) and (Quote Sent). Clicking on (Quote Sent) link means that the administrator has sent the quote to the client.
Click on (See Quote) to display the quote. At this stage the administrator has to copy the quote details and put inside a letter head from GSN and email it to the client. Bare this in mind that this email is sent outside of the JetStream system.
At this stage the administrator has to wait for acceptance or rejection of quote from the client. Once the administrator receives the acceptance or rejection from the client the (Quote Accepted) box will display a (Yes) and (No) link.
Clicking on (No) flags the job as (Cancelled).
Clicking on (Yes) processes the job and based on the size of the job data sets either displays (Paid) under (Send Link) box or displays (Media Sent) under (Prepare DVD) box.
Clicking on either of them then moves job to the (Finalise Job) box where administrator can click on (Yes) to finalize the job or can click on (No) to reset the job.
8. Completed Jobs
The Completed Jobs link shows all the completed jobs.
9. Usage Report
The Usage Reports link allows the administrator to generate reports about the usage of the Jetstream system. The administrator can generate a range of reports such as what kind of jobs were run how much data was downloaded in a particular year or month, administrator can look at the downloads of individual users.

10. Show Site Configuration
The Show Site Configuration link shows the site configuration. It show a number of useful information such as the version of Intrepid, administrator of the Jetstream system, Data Directory, CATALOG, Delivery Directory, Type of Data available on the system etc.
11. Processing console output
The Processing console output shows the processing console output. It is useful for diagnosing, if any problem occurs on the system. It shows log generated from the processing.
12. Web console output
The web console output shows the web console output. It is useful for diagnosing, if any problem occurs on the system. It shows log generated from the web processing.
